Top 100 Most Social Brands

Virtue releases it's list of the Top 100 Social Brands. I'm not really sure how they determined the list, but there's certainly a few for discussion on there. A lot of these feel based on word of mouth rather than digital conversations as you might expect. What brands surprise you or which ones aren't there that you think should be?

One that stuck out for me: Sega. As in Sega Genesis. What exactly are they doing that's so social?
